1. Parties and acceptance
1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between Studio 1804 FZE LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), a free zone limited liability company licensed by the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority under license number 4 423 789.01, with registered address at Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and the natural or legal person who purchases participation in the Programme (the “Client”, “you”).
1.2. The Terms apply to all purchases of participation in the Programme, whether settled in Euro through the Stripe payment system on the website greywiese.blog (the “Site”) or in another currency arranged through the Company’s support service in accordance with Clause 3.7.
1.3. By completing the checkout and paying for participation, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full and that you are at least 18 years old or, if a legal entity, duly authorised to enter into this agreement. A person under 18 may take part in the Programme only if the purchase is made by their parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the participant’s behalf and is responsible for the participant’s compliance with them.
2. The Programme
2.1. The Company provides lifestyle coaching services in the form of the “Blog, kotoryy smog” programme (the “Programme”), delivered as an authored online series hosted by the Programme’s presenter (the “Host”). It supports the Client in building a personal blog as part of their lifestyle and self-expression: defining personal goals, finding their own voice and positioning, developing a sustainable content routine, and planning the next steps of their personal development as a blogger.
2.2. Season 1 of the Programme runs from 2 November 2026 to 14 December 2026 (the “Season”) and consists of 12 episodes released according to the following schedule:

- Episode 3. Consistency matters more than perfection (9 November 2026)
- Episode 3.1. Creating Reels (9 November 2026)
- Episode 3.2. Shooting and editing on a phone (9 November 2026)
- Episode 4. Positioning: who we are for the audience (15 November 2026)
- Bonus special episode “Expert blog” (16 November 2026)
- Episode 5. Looking at life and finding content ideas (20 November 2026)
- Episode 6. Building a bridge and connecting ideas with the blog (25 November 2026)
- Episode 7. Shooting Stories as a series (30 November 2026)

- Episode 9. What’s next? (10 December 2026)
The Company may reschedule individual episodes or live sessions, with prior notice to Clients via the Programme’s Telegram channel or by email. Such rescheduling does not constitute a failure to deliver the services.
2.3. Participation is offered in three tariffs:
(a) “Self-paced” includes the main Season (12 episodes), practical tasks for each episode, the Programme’s Telegram channel, the content spin-off (5 days of additional daily practice), the blog journal, supporting materials after each episode (templates, checklists and guides), the special episode “Expert blog”, and access to the Programme for 1 (one) month after the end of the Season.
(b) “Group with a curator” includes everything in tariff (a), plus the participants’ chat with a moderator, the online season finale with the Host, and group coaching support from a curator (coach) in a closed group of up to 25 participants (answers to questions, feedback on practical tasks, guidance on next steps). Access to the Programme continues for 3 (three) months after the end of the Season.
(c) “Individual with a curator” includes everything in tariff (b), plus one-on-one coaching with a curator (coach) with personal feedback on the Client’s blog and goals, group online coaching sessions with the Programme’s curators, and a special live session in which the Host answers participants’ questions. Access to the Programme continues for 6 (six) months after the end of the Season.
2.4. The number of places is limited. The full description of each tariff is stated on the Site, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
2.5. The services are lifestyle coaching services of an informational and consultative nature. They are not educational services, do not follow an educational curriculum, and do not lead to the issue of any diploma, certificate or qualification. They do not constitute financial, legal, medical or psychological advice. The Company makes no guarantee that the Client will achieve any specific outcome as a result of participating in the Programme, including any number of followers, reach, views or income.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. The price of participation in the Programme is determined by the tariff selected by the Client, in accordance with the prices published on the Site. Price information published on the Site forms an integral part of these Terms.
3.2. Prices are stated in Euro and include any applicable VAT under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax. Prices in other currencies shown on the Site are indicative. The final amount payable in another currency is confirmed by the support service before payment.
3.3. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the price of each tariff may vary depending on the date and time of payment. The price applicable to a purchase is the price shown on the Site at the moment of payment.
3.4. To promote the Programme and encourage purchases, the Company may offer participation at a reduced price by applying discounts or special offers. Information on the amount of any discount and the conditions for receiving it, where available, is published on the Site and forms an integral part of these Terms.
3.5. Payment via the Site is made in full at the time of purchase through the Stripe payment system. The Company does not collect, store or have access to your full payment card details; these are processed directly by Stripe under its own terms (https://stripe.com/legal).
3.6. The transaction is considered completed once the successful payment is confirmed by Stripe or by the payment provider used under Clause 3.7. An electronic invoice is issued by the Company and emailed to the Client after the transaction.
3.7. Payment in a currency other than Euro, as well as instalment payment options shown on the Site, may be available on request. To arrange such payment, the Client contacts the support service at info@greywiese.blog. The support service then provides the payment link or details, the amount, the currency and the payment method. Such purchases are governed by these Terms in full.
4. Delivery of services
4.1. Access. Within 24 hours of payment, the Client receives by email personal login details for the Company’s closed online platform on the greywiese.blog domain (the “Platform”), where episodes, practical tasks and supporting materials are published. The Platform is not publicly accessible and is available only to Clients who have been granted access. The Client also receives invitation links to the Programme’s Telegram channel and, for the tariffs “Group with a curator” and “Individual with a curator”, to the participants’ chat and the curator group. The service is deemed delivered at the moment the access details are sent.
4.2. Episodes and live sessions. Episodes are published on the Platform according to the schedule in Clause 2.2. Live sessions (the season finale and the special live session with the Host) and online coaching sessions with curators are held at times announced in advance and are made available in recording. If the Client does not attend a live session, this does not affect the delivery of the service.
4.3. Coaching support. Coaching support from curators under the tariffs “Group with a curator” and “Individual with a curator” is provided during the Season, until 14 December 2026. Coaching support not used by the Client within this period is deemed delivered and does not carry over.
4.4. Access period. Access to the episodes, recordings and materials on the Platform is retained after the end of the Season for the period of the Client’s tariff (1, 3 or 6 months after 14 December 2026). After this period, access ends.
4.5. By completing the purchase, the Client expressly consents to the immediate delivery of digital content (access to the Platform, the Telegram channel and chats). The Client acknowledges that, in accordance with Clause 5 below, no refund will be issued once such access has been granted.
5. Refund policy
This refund policy is given in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023, which permit a no-refund policy for digital services where it is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
5.1. Participation in the Programme is non-refundable once access has been granted under Clause 4.1. This applies even where the Client has not actually watched the episodes, used the materials or coaching support, or has lost interest in the Programme.
5.2. Refunds are not provided for missed live sessions or coaching sessions, for unused coaching support, or for episodes the Client did not watch during the access period.
5.3. The Company will, however, consider a refund on a case-by-case basis where the Client can demonstrate a material failure by the Company to deliver the services in accordance with these Terms. Such requests must be submitted to info@greywiese.blog with the subject “Refund request” and must include: full name, the email used for purchase, date of purchase, amount, tariff and a clear description of the alleged failure. The Company responds within 10 business days.
6. Intellectual property
6.1. All materials provided to the Client (episodes and other video content, practical tasks, the content spin-off, the blog journal, templates, checklists and guides, recordings of live and coaching sessions, and the content of the Programme’s Telegram channel and chats) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
6.2. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes during the access period. The Client must not:
- reproduce the materials for distribution;
- share Platform login details or invitation links with third parties;
- post or record the materials online;
- use the materials in their own commercial activities or in services provided to third parties;
- build derivative products based on the materials.
6.3. Breach of Clause 6.2 entitles the Company to immediate termination of access without refund and to recover all damages and lost profits resulting from the breach.
7. Liability
7.1. The Company’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the Client for participation in the Programme.
7.2. The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity or reputation.
7.3. The Company is not liable for the quality of the Client’s internet connection or for the operation of third-party services (Stripe and other payment providers, Telegram, video conferencing and live-streaming services, hosting providers, email providers), or for any consequences arising from their unavailability.
7.4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
8. Personal data
8.1. The Company processes personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where applicable to EU-resident Clients, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
8.2. Details of how the Company collects, uses, stores and shares personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy at https://greywiese.blog/politika, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Term and termination; community rules
9.1. The agreement enters into force at the moment of payment and remains in force until the end of the access period of the Client’s tariff under Clause 4.4.
9.2. The Company may terminate the agreement immediately and without refund if the Client:
- breaches Clauses 6, 9.3 or 10;
- engages in abusive conduct toward the Company, the Host, the curators or other participants;
- attempts to charge back a payment without first contacting the Company in accordance with Clause 5.
9.3. While participating in the Programme’s Telegram channel, chats and curator groups, the Client agrees to maintain respectful conduct, refrain from posting promotional content without the Company’s prior approval, refrain from harassment or discriminatory remarks, and respect the confidentiality of other participants.
10. Acceptable use
10.1. The Client must not use the services to engage in any activity that is unlawful in the UAE or in the Client’s country of residence, including but not limited to: harassment of other participants, dissemination of materials that infringe third-party rights, impersonation, and attempts to interfere with the technical operation of the Site, the Platform or other services used to deliver the Programme.
11. Force majeure
11.1. Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations to the extent such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, network outages, war or epidemic. If such circumstances continue for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the agreement.
12. Governing law and disputes
12.1. These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah and the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone.
12.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation, initiated by written notice from one party to the other.
12.3. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
12.4. Nothing in this clause restricts a Client who qualifies as a consumer under the law of their country of residence from bringing a claim before a competent court in that country to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection law.
13. Changes to these Terms
13.1. The Company may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the Site. The new version applies to purchases made after its publication date.
